About us

Neon Lab is a founder-led studio directed by Beck Pearson, working across brand, product, and strategy.

The studio works closely with founders through brand strategy and identity, web and product design, creative direction, and strategic decision-making as businesses grow. Projects are led directly by Beck, with collaboration from a small network of designers and developers where appropriate.

Neon Lab operates through close, hands-on partnerships rather than fixed agency structures, offering sustained involvement through moments of creation, transition, and scale.
